Individualised Care Plans

We give every child an individualised care plan developed in partnership with their Key Worker, family, and professional network. This plan ensures a balance of therapeutic support, structure, and routine.

• Access to formal or informal education
• Recreational, cultural, and skill-building activities
• Emotional regulation and independence coaching
