• Require emergency care following a placement breakdown
• Exhibit high-risk behaviours needing containment and supervision
• Are awaiting longer-term provision or reassessment of care needs

Personalised stabilisation plans

Each child is assigned a key worker and begins a personalised stabilisation plan immediately. We collaborate with local authorities to ensure full information sharing, risk management, and planning for next steps. The goal is to reduce risk, re-establish emotional safety, and enable a positive transition into longer-term care, reunification, or supported living as appropriate.
